I simply adored the cozy decor in the lobby area, adorned with beautiful floral arrangements and comfortable seating perfect for a quick rest. the accessibility for seniors was impressive, with well-lit hallways and convenient grab bars in the bathrooms, making getting around easy for us older folks.

It would have been ideal if the children working there could ensure that all rooms have easy access to ice, especially for seniors needing to keep their beverages cool.

Truly enjoyed the way our queen room was.

Experienced problem with missing dishes.

The rooms here are modern and excellent, in a great location close to downtown Jackson and just a short walk from the Redlin Art Center.

The hotel's location was marvelous, close to the Terry Redlin Museum and store. We had a king room with a microwave, a fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment.

The friendly staff and convenient location, just 1 mile from the Redlin Art Center, made my stay here truly enjoyable.

Spent thanksgiving in a nice hotel close to the mall and other stores. We enjoyed the free coffee every morning and the fact that our room had a full-sized refrigerator with an ice maker. The room was clean, and it was great to have a little kitchenette. The staff was friendly, and the message from the management about the importance of family was touching.

The breakfast was not free, and we were not told about it when we checked in. The smell in my sister's room was not pleasant, and she was not offered a different room by the staff.

This place was clean, the staff were excellent, and my room had convenient amenities like a fridge, coffee/tea maker, and iron.

The room at My Place Hotel in Watertown was immaculate, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was convenient just off the interstate and close to Planet Fitness. The friendly staff made check-in a breeze. it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
